“The purpose of my work is to convey impressions (of past and present) that touch the hearts of the viewers and provoke their imagination and their enjoyment."
Artist Profile: Self-taught sculptor Jerry Farren grew up in Santa Barbara California and graduated from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. He has lived in Rocklin California for the past 42 years where he taught school. Jerry’s intense interest in history is shown through each of his sculptures and the detail worked into them.
